First Light excavation finally well underway
Quick update on First Light, the 459-unit condo building that is about 65% sold. After a series of delays from permitting taking longer than expected, then covid, they’re not finally well underway as a recent newsletter says they have three more months of excavation before they start with the footing in the spring of 2021. Then comes the crane and garage. They’re about 3 years out from completion.
