First Light finally starts construction

First Light Seattle

Initially scheduled to break ground in October 2019, First Light has finally started construction nearly 9 months later. Last we heard they estimate completion to now be spring 2023 versus summer 2022.

Much to the chagrin of buyers at First Light, their second payment has not been delayed.
