First Light introduces tiered deposit structure

Responding to the changing times, First Light, the xx-unit Belltown condo tower that will complete in 2023 is now offering a limited time tiered deposit structure:

• 2% at signing
• 2% at 6 months
• 2% at 12 months
• 2% at 18 months
• 2% at 24 months

I hear that just this month a 3-unit combination on the 43^rd floor went pending.

As for sales, nearly 300 out of 459 homes are pending.
