First Light update: starting to come out of the ground
It has been a while since we’ve heard from First Light! First Light is the 459-unit condo by West Bank going up at 3rd and Virginia. They just sent out an email update on construction:
The Level 1 slab has been completed bringing the structure to grade. We are now moving to the above grade structure. We anticipate completing the office levels early in the New Year and starting construction on the first residential level by Februrary. We have started mechanical and electrical work in the garage below grade. Site utility work will begin in the upcoming month.
Last we heard First Light was about 65% pending and will likely complete mid-2023. Initially scheduled to break ground in October 2019, they broke ground in mid-2020.
