Unit #709 is just the second resale at Gridiron, a 107-unit condo building in Pioneer Square that still has 23 units for sale. More notably though, this is the first two bedroom resale. And at 1,428 square feet, it is a spacious two bedrooms!

Priced at $1.265m, the sellers bought it for $1,191,900 in April (though public records don’t let us know when they got under contract on it, which could have been some time ago).
