My astute co-workers noticed that the cruise ship parked outside Redfin HQ is no ordinary cruise ship. It is in fact, The World, a cruise ship with 165 privately owned condos.

Think HOA dues in Seattle are bad? Try $20,000 a month in dues for your floating home. With listing prices topping $13 million!
