Four Seasons Owner Looking at $1.2m Loss
As Curbed points out, the views from unit 1704 at the Four Seasons are incredible.
What’s really incredible is that the owners paid $4.179m for it in 2009 and are now trying to unload it for $2.998m. They tried to sell it for $2.9m in 2010 but it never sold. Breathtaking.
But when the Four Seasons still has brand new units for sale and other resales what are you going to do if it is time to sell and you possibly overpaid?
