Gallery Down to Last Unit; Only Took 5 Years

When we post about the press releases from the usual suspects you all give us a hard time for posting them. Then we don’t post something and I feel like we’re missing out on informing you all about big breaking news. What a dilemma.

While everyone else gushes about Gallery’s news that they’re down to the last unit we’ll remind you that contrary to Gallery’s “just released” claim unit 120 has been on the market for a month and we noted that it was the last unit a few days ago. And if I wasn’t so busy stuffing my face with birthday cake I’d look and see what comparable live/work units sold for. Regardless of the comps, I’m sure Schnitzer is ready to be done with this project so make em an offer they can’t refuse.

I will admit that selling out four units in the last month is impressive. But they have been at this for almost five years! While it feels like just yesterday that I attended their grand opening, it was actually November 2006!
