Gridiron is 50% Pending
Big news out of Gridiron, the 107-unit condo project in Pioneer Square, yesterday, they’ve topped off the building and are 50% under contract.
We stopped by the sales center to give you a real time update of what is still available. Prices for a new condominium home start at $499,900 and from $781,900 for a 2-bedroom residence. Parking is available for some units, for an additional $50,000.
The sales team reports they’re on track for closings mid-October which leads me to make the prediction that like Luma last year, they’ll be sold out by Thanksgiving!
