Gridiron – Completing in March, 71% Pending
Quick update on Gridiron, the 107-unit condo building going up beside the football stadium. Completion has slipped until early March and they won’t start hardhat tours until they’ve closed everyone who is pending on a unit.
For those thinking about buying at Gridiron, here are their cheapest units on the east side of the building:
- #1011 – $501,900, 505 square feet
- #1111 – $531,900, 505 square feet
- #812 – $591,900, 649 square feet
And the cheapest unit on the west (water view side):
- #706 – $681,900 (+$50,000 for parking), 807 square feet
