Gridiron Condos Coming to Pioneer Square in 2017
The PSBJ reports that more condos are coming to Seattle, Pioneer Square in fact, Daniels hopes to score with $50M-plus Gridiron condos by the Clink:
Daniels Real Estate plans to start construction in about two weeks on a long-planned project with a new name: the Gridiron. The more than $50 million project will be built on top of the old Seattle Plumbing Supply building and have 107 residences with units for a mix of incomes, from lower-end units to luxury condos. Prices have not yet been set.
Gridiron was previously known as Stadium Lofts. The mix of units will be 60 studios, 38 (1) bedrooms, and 9 (2) bedroom units with 9,700 square feet of retail. Expect it to be available around April 2017.
The last condos to be developed in Pioneer Square was Merrill Place in 1998 (!!!).
