KODA Floorplans and Pricing
KODA, the 203-unit new construction condo building going up in the International District at 450 S Main Street is starting reservations this Saturday and just released floorplans and pricing.
Worth noting:
- $5,000 reservation fee, fully refundable until it converts to purchase and sale in the summer with 5% down
- There won’t be a rental cap, but the developer will limit the number of units sold to investors
- HOA dues are estimated at $0.70-0.75 per square foot per month
- Parking will be ala cart $65-95k
- Storage will be ala cart $20-25k
