KODA Seeks Construction Financing
The PSBJ reports that KODA, the new construction condo being built in the International District is seeking construction financing, On the hunt for capital, $125M Seattle condo tower project turns to CBRE.
Probably of more importance to all of you is that:
Da Li is expected to break ground on Koda in October. City records show that the project still needs to get land-use and construction permits, which Da Li has applied for.
Completion is targeted for July 2020.
My guess is that they’ll convert reservation holders to purchase and sale sometime this summer ahead of the ground breaking.
