KODA to Start Taking Reservations February 24th
KODA, the 197 unit condo building coming to the International District in 2020, will start taking reservations on Saturday, February 24th.
With pricing from the $350k to $1.3m+, the units will range from 460 square feet to 1,150 square feet. Note that the parking spaces will be an additional $75,000.
As much as we’d like to see KODA employ a lottery style system similar to One88, it is likely that as KODA is being marketed by the same firm as NEXUS, that KODA will have a similar reservation process – expect people to camp overnight, and a a line to wrap around the block as buyers battle to put $5,000 down to reserve a unit.
