Lake Washington View Homes
Two homes with killer views of Lake Washington caught my eye recently. If only I wasn’t underwater on two condos from 2007 :).
The first, 3100 Lakewood Ave S, is a mid-century with exposed wood and big windows. It is listed at $850k for 1,670 square feet, 3 beds, 1.75 baths. You’d need to put in a new kitchen though :). And is that cork on the ceiling? I don’t like that.
The second is at 638 37th Ave. I don’t like the exterior, but I love the clean simple interiors, huge views of the lake. This one is just south of Madrona Park. It is listed at $1.2m and is 2,670 square feet, 3 beds, 2.25 baths.
