Time is running out if you want to buy and customize a condo at Luma. Their cutoff for customization is October 31st. What can you choose from? Three different color schemes as well as a few upgrades:

  • Waterfall edge kitchen countertops
  • Chef’s kitchen – includes pull-out pantries in lieu of standard cabinet swing doors, Cabinet pull-outs and accessory inserts
  • Engineered wood floor to continue into bedroom
  • Lighting and HVAC control system

Last we heard Luma was 16% sold.
