And just a comment on the listing photos. All too often, listing photos are photoshopped. More often than not, the sky gets replaced, a fire added to the fireplace, grass greened up, etc. It is great to see that the photographer for this unit didn’t do that and so you get a great feel for all the different weather you’ll see 38 floors up.
