Luma Increases Prices On a Few Units
Looks like Luma, the new construction condo project in First Hill, is raising prices on a couple units even though they’ve only sold 16% of their 168 units.
Unit #2202 – $559k to $569k.
Unit #204 – $504k to $511k
Unit 1502 – $524k to $534k
