Quick update on Luma, the 24-story condo being built on First Hill:

  • They’re hosting a home buying event this Wednesday. They’ll have lending professionals on-hand to talk about the key components of preparing to purchase a home.
  • If you want to customize your unit you need to buy by end of October
  • They’ll open their model homes in January
  • Sales numbers will only be released quarterly
