Mid-Century Waterfront Under a Million
I’m a little enamored by the possibilities of this 1966 home at 9630 Rainier Ave South. Waterfront living for under a million dollars! Actually it is only $850k (last sold in ’99 for $420k). Though it needs some work. But looks livable while you do the work.
Wish it wasn’t so far south though…
But really I’d bet on an investor buying this, sinking a few hundred grand into it and flipping it next spring.
