Mira Flats 50% Reserved

Mira Flats, the new condo building in Bellevue, has put out press release today stating that, “nearly 80 residences within its downtown Bellevue condominium community, Mira Flats, have been spoken for following the opening weekend reservation event.” Note that home selections haven’t occurred yet, so this means that a little less than 80 people have put down $5,000 to have the opportunity to select a unit in October, closing early 2019.

Little more color on the demand at Mira Flats:

Over the past two weekends, more than 600 prospective buyers and Realtors flooded the newly-completed residential community to preview the move-in-ready homes and dozens lined up on opening day to secure their priority reservation, which was based on a first-come, first-served basis.
