About time! From the PSBJ, Developer promises new condos in downtown Seattle:

On Tuesday the Business Journal reported that a Chinese company paid just over $20 million for a quarter block in the Belltown area. In a follow-up interview, TeamRise representative Randy Lim said Wednesday that the units will be for sale, rather than rental properties.

Still surprised no one is planning on any Capitol Hill condos…
