“Odd Numbers” Home in Seward Park

Well hello fun, new construction home just south of Seward Park. Nice to meet you and your 3,238 square feet.

For a price tag of just under $920K, this home offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a view of Mount Rainier. The modern elements, green features, and interior staging all deserve applause – which only seems appropriate considering this home is by Playhouse Design Group.

According to the Playhouse website, this home is called “Odd Numbers” which – when I called over to the offices of Playhouse – I learned refers to the street number 57th Ave. Two more homes are in the permitting phases to be built on the same plot of land: one closer to the street that looks like a tank and is titled “War Machine” and another that will be east of the current home and is titled “Bothersome”. Personally, I can’t wait to see what the next two will look like.

“Odd Numbers” is located at 6428 57th Ave S and was originally listed on June 4. It went pending within 10 days but looks like that didn’t go through, so it’s back on the market.
