New Construction Pipeline: February 2019 Update
The big news this past month was that First Light announced that they are over 50% pending. Other new construction highlights from January:
- Edison restarted sales and has at least 11 reserved last we heard. They’re on their third listing team.
- Atrium is re-branding as 750 on the Hill and will start sales soon. They’re on their second listing team.
- We were expecting Encore and Koda to open sales centers but they didn’t
- Avenue Bellevue released more renderings and announced that they’ll open their sales gallery in March
In February the news to look forward to is that Emerald is opening the doors to their sales gallery; you can get a sneak peek at our happy hour February 13th!
There are a bunch of sales centers we’re expecting to open in early 2019 so perhaps we’ll get a look at Koda (who started reservations in early 2018 and still hasn’t converted to purchase and sale), Encore (formally known as Sonata), Pinnacle, 750 on the Hill (formally Atrium), Infinity Shore Club and Jade Residences.
