New Construction Pipeline: May 2018 Update

Here’s what’s happened in the last month or so:

• Nexus is going to pause sales at the end of June – now is the time if you’re interested in a unit there as they’ll increase pricing once they re-introduce this units. Plus they’re offering a $25,000 design credit.
• Sales at Hendon, which recently re-started sales, have been slow, only 12 condos are pending.
• Koda is looking for construction financing – they’re looking to break ground this fall.

At this point we’re not looking forward to much in May :(. We hear Sonata, the new condo going up in Columbia City won’t start reservations until June.
