New Construction Pipeline November 2017
The big news this month is a new condo in Alki, The Pinnacle, expects to complete in late 2018 and has started reservations. 5 of the 11 remain available, prices starting around $1.55m. Also, Bosa (Insignia & One88 developer), has revealed what their downtown 520-unit Seattle tower at 3rd & Cherry will look like. And, we updated the format of this monthly blog post :).
