New Dwell QA Back on the Market
A reader dropped us a line to let us know about a new Dwell home back on the market. This time with a $150k price increase:
We bought one of the Dwell rowhouses on 10th West, and both single-family houses in the back were spoken for until one popped up back on the market this week. I think that may have to do with the project being delayed. It was originally purchased for $850,000 and is now back on the market for $999,990. Will probably not last long as two gorgeous homes across the street on 10th sold in a week/week and a half.
You can find the home at 2119 10th Ave W. $999k for a 3 bed, 3.5 bath, 2,681 square foot place. Looks like it has sweet views!
