Nexus, the only brand new condo building selling units downtown, just released four penthouses. Each one takes up half a floor plate, and two are already reserved. Safe to say at pricing close to $5m, square footage close to 3,000 and 10′ ceilings, these are true penthouses.

Penthouse #1 – $4.799m – 3,095 square feet – 3 beds, 3 baths
Penthouse #2 – $4.899m – 2,982 square feet – 4 beds, 3 baths

And I’m sure if you wanted the whole floor, that could be arranged :).

They announced the sale with a luxury party featuring fast cars and well-dressed people.

Can’t swing a penthouse? Nexus is about 80% sold but they have units available from the $900s.
