Nexus square footage

Thinking of buying at Nexus and want to fact check the advertised square footage? Here’s the square footage as recorded in the CC&Rs with King County. You’ll notice that this square footage is unfortunately 5-10% lower than what Nexus originally advertised. However this a common problem with new condos. Insignia was guilty of this as well… :(
