We like this contemporary home up north of Matthews Beach at 11205 Lakeside Ave NE. It was on the market for a number of times over the years and is back this time at $799k.
That gets you a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3,600 square foot place. Lots of views, keg taps, wine fridges, bar, pool table room, hot tub, outdoor fireplace… Fixtures, kitchen and bathroom are a little too traditional for me though.
