Olive 8: 70% Sold, 63 Left

“Could be sold out soon” caught our attention so we touched base with the folks over at Realogics. They say they have hit 70% sold, with 63 homes left to sell at Olive 8 (two 08 plans and one 09 plan remaining). They’ve averaging about 6-7 new pendings a month and recently closed PH2 for $2.25M. This spring they’ve noticed that things are definitely moving quickly with prospective buyers much more motivated than last spring.
As for is everyone happy? I have no idea. Any Olive 8 owners care to comment? :)
