Price It And It Will Sell

200 West Highland, Trace North

This weekend the Seattle Times checked in on 200 West Highland, Queen Anne condos sell quickly after bank foreclosure:

But over the past four months buyers have closed on 12 of the 17 spacious homes that sat unsold when the bank took back the five-story building. Some much larger high-end projects haven’t sold nearly as many units in that time.

Deals are pending on three more units, said Kendra Todd, the broker who is marketing 200 West Highland for BofA. “We literally have only two left to sell,” she said recently.

Curious who your neighbors will be? “The new buyers include two Microsoft vice presidents, a Weyerhaeuser vice president and a professional athlete.”

Trace North has also been pricing their remaining inventory to sell, 10 Sales in 2 Months at Trace (only 5 left!).
