Seattle weekly wrap-up: surprise bump in new listings

What is up with all the new listings last week!? They were up 27% from the week before. Traditionally August is when we all take a break from real estate but I guess some sellers have heard that they don’t need to wait until September to get multiple offers. We were certainly busy with many clients touring new listings this weekend.

Of those new listings, this Ralph Anderson remodel in Montlake caught our eye. As did this remodeled Sunset Hill midcentury with amazing Sound views.
