Shoresmith hits the MLS, starts sales
Shoresmith the 113-unit new condo building in South Lake Union has listed a handful of units on the MLS so sales are presumably starting! Move-in-ready in fall or winter of this year. We’re getting our first look Monday and sounds like they’re off to a strong start. The earliest we could get a client in is Friday to get a look.
