Whenever an agent shows, previews or does a video tour of a listing the they need to open a keybox to gain access to the home. Those keyboxes, known as Supra keyboxes log each of those openings. Remarkably keybox activity is up 36% week-over-week meaning more buyers are out seeing homes. Will be interesting to see if this translates into more homes going pending.
