The Emerald

The Emerald, the 265-unit condo building overlooking Pike Place Market and the Sound announced today they’ve hit 50% sold.

The Emerald broke ground in 2017, started sales in 2019 and was completed earlier this year. We’ve been fortunate to help three clients buy there.
