The Emerald is Now 20% Sold
The Emerald has been tight lipped on sales progress, so it is worth noting that in a recent PSBJ article, Powerful Chinese investor thrilled with Seattle tower near Pike Place, it was revealed that they’re now 20% sold (technically pending):
Twenty percent of the 265 condos have been sold with prices ranging from $400,000 to $3.75 million, said Josh Nasvik, vice president and regional manager in Seattle for San Francisco-headquartered Polaris Pacific, which is marketing the property for sale. Remaining units are priced between $400,000 and $4 million.
“It’s a tale of two buildings right now where you’ve got the bottom part of the building, which is a little more on the value side,” bringing out younger buyers and others. There are “a couple of investors here and there, but it’s really owner occupancy centric.”
Empty nesters and move-up buyers from other downtown buildings are purchasing homes near the top of the tower, according to Nasvik, who said that tower completion is scheduled for the middle of next year.
We’ve helped four of those buyers and will hopefully help a few more.
