The Emerald Tops Out
The Emerald, a 265-unit new condo building going up at 121 Stewart Street has topped out! This is real estate speak for they’re done pouring concrete and the building is as tall as it is going to be (40 stories).
Developed by Create World, designed by Hewitt Architects with interiors by Susan Marinello Interiors and built by Andersen it is expected to complete summer of next year, so less than a year to go.
To celebrate the team held a party last night at the Nest giving attendees a view of the Emerald and a sense of just how great the view is going to be Oddly, I did not take any pictures of the view from the Nest, perhaps because it was cloudy!? But here is a picture of the crowd and a look up at Emerald.
