The exterior design reflects the modular interior at 1111 E. Pike St, #301.  Designed by Tom Kundig, this one bedroom, one bath unit with sliding wall dividers has a cool, contemporary vibe, but definitely feels more like a large studio.  The listing claims hardwoods, but the main space floors look like laminate to me, and not in great condition after only 2 years of occupancy.  (The building went up in 2008, but it appears that the first, and last, sale was in 2012.)  The kitchen comes with all the amenities, including a gas range, and the polished concrete in the seemingly spacious bathroom is a nice touch.  There’s also a lushly appointed rooftop deck with downtown and Space Needle views.  Above all, you really can’t beat the location with its WalkScore of 100!
