Wallingford 45, the 48-unit condo part of the Neigbhorhood Collective, a group of 3 brand new apartments that converted to condos, just listed one unit on the MLS:

• #310 – $524,950 – 584 square feet ($898 a square foot)

Units here are a mix of open one bedrooms, one bedrooms and lofts.

Wallingford45 kicked off with a reservation event a few weekends ago, but it was lightly attended. Now that buyers can see inside units we expect more units to sell but are still skeptical how much interest there is in wood-framed condos in the $900+ a square foot range.
