Weekly Wrap-up
The number of new listings continue to slow, and will definitely slow next week for Thanksgiving. However we’re amazed at the strength of buyer demand this late in the year – we continue to have clients eager to tour, we’re seeing strong traffic for well priced new listings, and we’re still seeing bidding wars for select homes.
Of the ~150 new listings that hit the market I was surprised that a few caught our eye like this just renovated mid-century home north of Kirkland, this “architect updated” Magnolia craftsman, and this live/work in Madrona.
Have a great Thanksgiving! We have a lot to be thankful for this year as we were fortunate to have helped some great clients find a new home this year and our kids continue to amaze.
