Weekly wrap-up
Is the long weekend over already!? Better get the re-cap out for last week, before we start this short week :).
…I was surprised to see over 200 new listings still active at the end of last week. I was expecting listings to slow more ahead of the holiday weekend. Especially a holiday weekend that for some is a holiday week as it is mid-winter break for Seattle Public Schools. (Some listing agents like to list on holidays because there is “less competition” from other listings. I worry there are less buyers and don’t recommend it.)
What caught our eye last week was a penthouse at Mosler Lofts and a modern contemporary in Medina. A loft at Monique had caught our eye but is not surprisingly already pending!
The condo news last week was that Nexus has started closings. It will be interesting to see over the next six weeks how many hit the market either for sale or for rent.
