Weekly wrap-up
We’re a broken record! The number of new listings grows each week, though lags behind last year at this time. Meanwhile buyers are putting more homes under contract than this time last year. What was noteworthy last week is that the 30-year fixed mortgage rate dipped below 3% to its lowest level ever.
Our favorite home to be listed last week was a custom QA modern home listed at $5.85m that went pending in just 3 days. If waterfront estates are more your thing, Ryan Lewis’ Perkins Lane manse re-listed (I’ve toured it, it is awesome) or there’s a Magnolia estate for $10.888m that borders Discovery Park. Prefer to live downtown? A $9.8m condo at the Four Seasons hit the market. More attainable is this Italian styled QA view home for $3m. And we do love this industrial modern Lakeview Townhome.
