Time to get this wrap-up back on a Friday schedule!
We had a busy week with multiple offers on our Magnolia waterfront listing, helping a client get under contract on that amazing Kundig waterfront home, listing a home in Whittier Heights and Klaus listed a LEED townhome in Georgetown.
That said, while we were busy, it feels like fall is coming to the real estate market with new listings starting to slow and more clients wrapping up their search than starting.
Our fave new listing this week – a Bumgardner designed mid-century modern on Marine View that has been updated and now selling for $3.1m. Other good ones – a Paul Thiry in Washington Park, a mid-60s home with views in Leschi, a custom home in Gatewood, a cool live/work townhome in Columbia City and finally if you need a project, this mid-century in Fauntleroy.
