Weekly Wrap-up
We had a busy week helping two clients get under contract and meeting new clients preparing to buy in 2020. Meanwhile, the market continues to slow with new listings continuing to decline week-over-week and buyers remaining very picky.
Remarkably we had some good new listings to look at like this modern in Denny Blaine, an Eric Cobb designed home atop Queen Anne and a mid-century modern in Fauntleroy. Loft fans – check out this top floor one at Madison Lofts or this one in Pioneer Square.
In condo news, Seattle House announced their amenities, First Light is closing their sales center and breaking ground in a month, and the Pinnacle at Alki will complete this year and has restarted sales with a new listing team. In other news, we’re really excited to see some cross-laminated timber buildings come to the area.
Missed out on Nexus? We know someone looking for a co-investor on a 17th floor unit priced at $395k. Let us know if you’re interested and we can fill you in.
Have a good weekend!
PS Kurt Cobain’s former home is for sale
