Weekly wrap-up: holiday edition!
Yesterday we handed off keys to a cute urban cottage to our last buyer of the year decade so now we can reflect on the cool homes we helped our clients with this year – 3 floating homes, an equestrian estate, a modern log home and many more! We owe a big thanks to everyone who entrusted us with the sale or purchase of their home; it was a fun year. *Thank you.*
As we predicted, this week was slow. Less than 65 new listings (looking for a brand new tiny home? A live/work on Beacon Hill? Front row on Portage Bay?). Though next week will be the slowest week of the year.
Since it’s the holidays I put together my wish list of amazing homes. There’s some great ones still on the market! Enjoy :).
