Weekly wrap-up: second busiest week for new listings

Last week was the second busiest week of the year for new listings which is crazy for late August! We played our part bringing on an Eastlake floating home, a remodeled Queen Anne co-op, a condo in Woodinville and nearly 4 acres of land in Glacier that already received multiple offers. Plus we’re still looking for buyers for a lofty condo at Brix and a one-of-a-kind floorplan at Nexus.

I expect this week to be much quieter on the new listings front, but predict the second and third weeks of September to break new records for new listings. This should give buyers who have been striking out a lot of hope that they’ll find something.

Of all those new listings, our faves are an updated mid-century in View Ridge, a custom build in Ravenna, and a JAS remodel at Harvard Estates. Loft fans check out the latest at Madison Lofts and the Talisman.
