Weekly wrap-up: Thanksgiving slowed real estate down

By November 30, 2020

Et cetera

Hope you had a good Thanksgiving!

Last week was the second slowest listing week of the year (so far) with just over 100 new listings. We’ll see a little bump in new listings the next two weeks then it will be really slow for a couple weeks until at least the first week of January.

Of those 100 new listings remarkably a few caught our eye like this mid-century on Mercer Island and a gProjects live/work townhome. So far this week we like this shovel-ready in Magnolia or this nearly new custom build in Mount Baker.

I own and manage Urban Living, a boutique Seattle and Bellevue real estate brokerage. I love lofts, floating homes, new construction, and mid-century moderns, but I will help you buy or sell just about anything!
