Quick recap of the offers we wrote or heard about this week:

  • Central district mid-century listed at $695k had 6 pre-inspections, 3 shared the sewer scope. 11 offers. 8 were financed, 4 of those waived financing. The winning offer was cash and a little over $810k.
    Bryant mid-century gets 8 offers and we got it a little over $900k beating out a cash offer

  • South Park tiny house listed at $215k gets 7 offers
