Weekly Wrapup
This week we’ve written two offers so far, and accepted one on our own listing. Here’s what happened:
- A Pioneer Square Loft that we blogged about, listed at $488k, which seemed high to start with, got 3 offers and went for $515k.
- A West Seattle home listed at $599k, got a few offers and sold for effectively $654k (we had to get creative to win this one!).
- Our listing on Capitol Hill, listed at $575k, which I thought was a very fair price got 4 offers and is pending at $610k. My prediction was 1-2 offers, $575-$595k.
We also heard that a Mercer Island updated MCM listed at $1.3m, got 5 offers and went for over $1.4m.
